How Reiki Can Help You
The truth is, we could all use a little Reiki in our lives! Whether you are dealing with a stressful time at work, a headache that won't stop or perhaps a deeper rooted issue you don't want to talk about, Reiki will help you move the energy that is tied to those experiences. When we feel physical and/or emotional pain, it is experienced as blocked energy in our bodies. As a Reiki practitioner I assist you in shifting and releasing these blockages.
Reiki is a non-invasive, non-verbal treatment that focuses on the aligning the energy in your body. Before we begin we will discuss how you're currently feeling and if there are any particular issues I should be aware of. You will stay fully clothed during your session, as you lay comfortably on a massage table. Once you are comfortable on the table, I will use a combination of hands-on and hands-off techniques. The best part is, you simply get to relax and let me do the work!
Your session is confidential. Clients often experience heat or tingling sensations. You may fall asleep. You may cry. It's all normal and I welcome all of it. Clearing the energy is the end goal! What happens here will stay between us.
